If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt on 0744 9794050 or by email at sales@oaktoybox.co.uk.

Faulty or damaged goods

In the unlikely event that your toy box arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt on 0744 9794050 or by email at sales@oaktoybox.co.uk and we will arrange for it to be returned to our workshop.

Once we have received the damaged item we will inspect it and if possible, repair it. TOTBC will not accept any claims for damages/discrepancies once the customer has performed any work on the product, including cutting, shaping, finishing or oiling. Any work carried out on the product constitutes immediate acceptance of the product.

Please note: Normal wear and tear of a product is not deemed to be a faulty or damaged product. All repairs and postage costs are chargeable.

6 to 8 weeks from order to delivery
